简介(Biography)

  黄永明,教授,博士生导师。教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者,国家优秀青年科学基金和江苏省杰出青年基金获得者,现任信息科学与工程学院副院长。2000年和2003年分别于南京大学获得本科和硕士学位,2007年6月于东南大学获得信号与信息处理工学博士学位。2008-2009年留学瑞典皇家理工学院(KTH)从事博士后研究。近几年主要研究多天线宽带无线通信的现代信号处理理论与技术。已主持和承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项、国家973计划和863计划等国家级课题10余项,以及省部级和企业项目多项。已发表和录用SCI/EI学术论文160余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇,多数发表在IEEE核心期刊。已获授权国际和国家发明专利30余项,其中数项发明专利技术在新一代无线通信国际和国家标准得到应用。2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2015年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”计划,2015年被评为东南大学青年特聘教授。2012年和2015年获无线通信和信号处理国际会议(WCSP)最佳论文奖,2014年以第2完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖。2012年起担任国际权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing和国际核心期刊EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking、EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing的编委,以及IEEE ICC/GLOBECOM/WCNC/VTC等主流国际会议的技术委员会委员。
