陈阳，1975年生，教授，博导，中共党员，IEEE会员，IEICE海外会员。2001年4月毕业于东南大学信号与信息处理专业，获博士学位。2001年6月起在东南大学电子科学与技术学科从事博士后研究工作。2003年6月博士后出站，评为副教授，留校工作。2003年10月至2005年9月，受教育部派遣，在日本东京大学进行第二站博士后研究。2010年4月评为教授。曾先后主持2项国家自然科学基金项目，1项教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目，1项江苏省博士后基金项目。在国内外核心期刊和会议上作为第一作者发表论文30余篇，拥有2项发明专利。2002年获中国电子学会第八届青年学术年会优秀论文奖。2006年入选东南大学优秀青年教师教学科研资助计划。2007年获第三届中国（南京）国际软件产品博览会原创动漫作品大赛作品辅导奖、2007首届江苏动漫游戏节原创动漫作品征集大赛作品辅导奖。被评为2008年度“中国科技论文在线”优秀评审专家。任2009、2010、2011国际智能计算学术会议程序委员。是江苏省版权协会文教科研作品专业委员会发起人之一。被选载入美国马奎斯《世界名人录》（27版、28版）、马奎斯《科学与工程名人录》（11版）、英国剑桥国际传记中心《21世纪2000位杰出知识分子  2010》等多部名人传记。
